Well-maintained and absolutely fantastic place, great base for one night with clean rooms that look exactly like in the pictures.

the building is nice, the room is cheap. they have central heating, flat-screen tv, and a writing desk. the location of the venue is favourable, not far from a nice campanile restaurant and stores and restaurants and shopping centre.

It was cheap and clean exactly like in the pictures, good enough for one night. The location was great - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. It was a very pleasant area, a nice place for us.
The bed was not really comfortable in this place.

The car park was good and it was free unlike dodgy and stodgy Nice
I felt like I was on my plane bathroom when using it. And it was fun listening to everyone having sex around us as the walls were wafer thin. Could have joined in if I wanted to that thin.

the room was compact and had climate control. the property's location was marvelous, close to the motorway and next to stores and restaurants. 3. A nearby shopping complex was close by.

We just spent there one night and we didn't need anything else than what we found. We mainly chose it because it was cheap.
It was a bit difficult to find it, so maybe more signs would make it easier.

It was clean and comfortable
The hotel was ok, but finding it using latitude and longtitude, which surely cannot change, was impossible. Road works are not your problem but they would certainly deter us from using this hotel again. If the latitude and longtitude are incorrect they should be removed from web site.

I booked this Hotel as a last minute resort because I had a train stopover in Perpignan. I forgot to get out money before I got to the hotel, so I arrived late. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the night-shift staff took me to the train station early in the morning for free!
the location. i thought it would be closer to the train station.

This was our second Premiere Classe hotel on our trip. It took us over one hour to find it. The hotel itself, when you find it, is very nice and set in a semi-rural setting with bats at night. It is beside a Buffalo Grill with good food.
The overriding problem were the directions. Coming off the A9 at the roundabout you should take the road past the Cemetery (Cimitiere de Sud). Otherwise you end up in a virtual web of roads and roundabouts which are not on your road map.We stumbled on a McDonalds during our search for the hotel, but were unable to find it again! I love maps and often discuss maps with a cartographer!
